Meet the Conductor

Mr. Zachary Naughright is a Long Valley native. He began studying violin at the age of 9, and quickly added double bass to his field of knowledge by the age of 12. After graduating high school, he pursued his music education dreams at Ithaca College, completing his Bachelor of Music in Music Education, with a concentration in double bass.

Mr. Naughright is currently the orchestra director at Mendham Township School District.

He has performed at NJPAC, Carnegie Hall, Musikverein in Vienna, Austria with various ensembles of which include Ithaca College Orchestra, William Paterson Orchestra, New Jersey Youth Symphony, and the Treasure Coast Youth Symphony.
